A short and effective 20 min Pilates Bridge Progression series to work into the Glutes and Hamstrings. This class can be done without the foam roller, however using the roller will destabilise your base of support, emulating the reformer bed, and making your muscles work twice as hard.
Equipment: Optional 90cm smooth foam roller
Taylor is a STOTT Pilates trained instructor in both mat and reformer, with a background in Dance and Gymnastics. She uses classical moves with modifications, to target the core muscles that help with better posture and improve spinal mobility and strength. Her classes are challenging yet fun and aim to leave you feeling strengthened, lengthened, and lean.
