A 20 min Pilates session with a focus on the full front of our core to create a strong, toned and stable centre. This class also focuses on neck and head alignment, to avoid straining this area and work more effectively into the core.
Equipment: Small Pilates Ball
Bethany is a seriously experienced teacher, coming from a dance background, movement has always been a huge part of her life. Since her dance training, she has gained her qualifications in Barre, Pilates, Yoga, functional range conditioning and her level 2 and 3 Personal Trainer course.
Combining all of these elements, her classes provide movement that’s considered and all encompassing. Movement that aligns with you and your body rather than working against it to create strength, tone and mobility.
