This Yin class, holding postures for up to 4 or 5 minutes, works into deep relaxation, improved and sustainable flexibility and the more meditative side of the practice. Finding release, stillness and calm through this slow moving meditation. This class works thorough postures to open through the hips and hamstrings and with the yogic idea of non-attachment. Non-attachment to the outcome, accepting who and what you are and enjoying the process. Letting things go and letting things be.

"Don't push yourself too hard in class. Always listen to your body and what it needs. Stop if you are in pain. Make sure you have a safe open place to practice and that you consult a health professional for advice on injuries, conditions or illness."
