A short format class to find release through the lower back, come to this whenever you need a quick release and reset, or tag onto another class for extra release. This class gently strengthens the core and releases through the hips and hamstrings, as lack of strength and tightness in these areas can put a strain on the lower back.

Laura is the Founder of The Yoga Class and an experienced Yoga and Meditation teacher. Her aim is to empower her clients to unfold this transformative practice for body and mind. Expect innovative, playful yet supportive classes focusing on developing strength, mobility, flexibility and form with a strong focus on calming the mind though the breath. Laura’s classes combine hours of training, learning and teaching to create a sustainable, nourishing and enjoyable method for classes.
