LOWER BODY RECOVERY | RELEASE

Our Active Lower Body Recovery class is here to help you find true mobility and release in the lower body by working active and passive stretches. Helping to release tight muscles and also aide recovery from dynamic and high intensity exercise such as running, cycling or weights. We work into the hip joint, hip flexors, hamstrings and quads as we move through a Vinyasa style sequence. Focus is also given to opening through the chest to counteract the side effects of other sporting disciplines.

Laura is the Founder of The Yoga Class and an experienced Yoga and Meditation teacher. Her aim is to empower her clients to unfold this transformative practice for body and mind. Expect innovative, playful yet supportive classes focusing on developing strength, mobility, flexibility and form with a strong focus on calming the mind though the breath. Laura’s classes combine hours of training, learning and teaching to create a sustainable, nourishing and enjoyable method for classes. Laura is a contributing writer to SheerLuxe and Om Yoga Magazine with clients such as Chiltern Firehouse, Mortimer House, Net a Porter and Annabel’s London.
