Restorative Yoga "restores” the body to its parasympathetic nervous system function, which, helps the body find a true state of rest, eliciting the relaxation response, and the body and mind is able restore balance. During this session the poses are held for around 3-4 mins, and are 100% supported with props, also working with a guided deep accordion breath-work throughout. The full accordion breath-work practice helps us to breath deeply, effectively and give the mind an anchor through this moving meditation. Improve your mood, induce better sleep through this gentle and supported session.

"Don't push yourself too hard in class. Always listen to your body and what it needs. Stop if you are in pain. Make sure you have a safe open place to practice and that you consult a health professional for advice on injuries, conditions or illness."
