YOGA FOR DIGESTION | RELEASE

A short and restorative Yoga session to aide Digestion. We will work through a steady and calming class, to massage and create space in the abdomen, working through a grounding practice of forward folds, twists, gentle backbends and side bends. The process of massaging the digestive organs, increases blood flow and oxygen delivery and aides the process of peristalsis. Regular yoga can help relieve gas, bloating, constipation and indigestion. The calming effect of yoga can also have a powerful effect on the symptoms of IBS.
Equipment: Yoga Block or cushions, Optional Strap
Laura is the Founder of The Yoga Class and an experienced Yoga and Meditation teacher. Her aim is to empower her clients to unfold this transformative practice for body and mind. Expect innovative, playful yet supportive classes focusing on developing strength, mobility, flexibility and form with a strong focus on calming the mind though the breath. Laura’s classes combine hours of training, learning and teaching to create a sustainable, nourishing and enjoyable method for classes.
