We focus on the breath throughout this Beginner’s basics sequence. Learning how the breath can be used as a tool to still the mind and guide our movement and emotions. Working through sun salutations followed by a hip and hamstring opening sequence, finishing with calming savasana.

Laura is the Founder of The Yoga Class and an experienced Yoga and Meditation teacher. Her aim is to empower her clients to unfold this transformative practice for body and mind.
