This meditation begins with a physical movement and breath flow to find release through our shoulders, chest and minds. Softening into ourselves and using the breath, the focus is brought to what you feel you need to release and what isn’t serving you. Calmly moving to what we choose for ourselves and our intentions for the year ahead. This meditation can be done any time of the year that you would like to release, reset and set intentions.
