The 12-day ‘Nervous System Reset’ series is a chance to dive into meditation, mindfulness and breath-work, alongside an optional movement plan, to give your nervous system a proper reset, with just 10 -15 mins a day. This is a relaxing sound meditation to help calm the nervous system, connect to the heart and find inner peace. Give yourself 10 minutes to rest and receive and allow yourself to just be, bathing in the sounds. A short meditation and affirmation are shared to start this session.
