Part of our Yamas and Niyamas Vinyasa Series. A well rounded and steady vinyasa class connecting into you and building strength and flexibility. We observe how we feel and tap into doing what is right for us in our practice. Lots of variations and options to give the opportunity to choose the right option for you. We finish with a mantra led savasana.
The Yamas and Niyamas, are a traditional yogic set of guidelines and practices for ‘right living’. Ahimsa means non violence against all beings. We can see this as Veganism and being kind and compassionate to others, but also to ourselves. We try to observe the subtle violence that we may not even notice ourselves doing (anger, jealousy, resentment, judgement, shame…) towards ourselves and others. After noticing we try and add compassion. This can be on and off the mat.
