Flow 360º around the mat, through a dynamic, energising, breath led sequence. In Mandala Vinyasa we flow through each of the 4 elements activating the corresponding target body area and the related chakra. You will encouraged to ‘play’ working into more challenging inversions throughout if you feel ready and always an option. Maybe your Vinyasa's are one legged or you move through Koundinyasana each time? Classes will start and end with Yin postures to soften. Expect some Yoga terminology.
Air Mandala Vinyasa works into Backbending, opening the front body and heart space activating Anahata Chakra. When this chakra is in balance it offers direct access to transformation, love, compassion, connection, and feeling open and in flow with life.

Rebecca is a firm believer that the practice of yoga has a simple yet magical way of making you feel more connected, grounded, balanced and shares this magic in her classes. Rebecca has completed 500 + hours of training in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Mandala Vinyasa, Rocket and Yin and will guide, support and encourage students to move their bodies intelligently and intuitively, creating more freedom, space, and balance in the body, mind, and soul.
