Part of our Yamas and Niyamas Vinyasa Series. A fairly dynamic yet steady class, we open up through the heart space and hips. Working with some core strengthening conditioning. All for the love of the process and love of the practice. Finishing with a Pigeon and restorative savasana finding some release.

The Yamas and Niyamas, are a traditional yogic set of guidelines and practices for ‘right living’. Aparigraha can be related to as the love of the process and not attaching to the outcome of a situation. This allows us to be in the present moment and enjoy the action rather than feeling any mental tension from the attachment to the result. This doesn't mean we can’t work hard and dream big, but rather allows us to be ok where we are.
Laura is the Founder of The Yoga Class and an experienced Yoga and Meditation teacher. Her aim is to empower her clients to unfold this transformative practice for body and mind. Expect innovative, playful yet supportive classes focusing on developing strength, mobility, flexibility and form with a strong focus on calming the mind though the breath. Laura’s classes combine hours of training, learning and teaching to create a sustainable, nourishing and enjoyable method for classes.
