A flowing, fluid and intentional Vinyasa Flow. A chance to connect into body, mind and breath- a moving meditation. Throughout this session you will be guided through a dynamic open level flow to strengthen and lengthen through the full body and be reminded to check in with yourself, establishing or developing personal connection. This class finishes with a full body scan to fully connect and release tension.
Equipment: 1 Yoga Block
Laura is the Founder of The Yoga Class and an experienced Yoga and Meditation teacher. Her aim is to empower her clients to unfold this transformative practice for body and mind. Expect innovative, playful yet supportive classes focusing on developing strength, mobility, flexibility and form with a strong focus on calming the mind though the breath. Laura’s classes combine hours of training, learning and teaching to create a sustainable, nourishing and enjoyable method for classes. Laura is a contributing writer to SheerLuxe and Om Yoga Magazine with clients such as Chiltern Firehouse, Mortimer House, Net a Porter and Annabel’s London.
