A fluid, classically sequenced and strong Vinyasa practice with minimal talking. Expect lots of chaturangas, down dogs and opportunity for arm balances as options. Minimal talking will help you focus on your own internal practice, your own experience and your own breath, to stay present, use your intuition and trust yourself.

Laura is the Founder of The Yoga Class and an experienced Yoga and Meditation teacher. Her aim is to empower her clients to unfold this transformative practice for body and mind. Expect innovative, playful yet supportive classes focusing on developing strength, mobility, flexibility and form with a strong focus on calming the mind though the breath. Laura’s classes combine hours of training, learning and teaching to create a sustainable, nourishing and enjoyable method for classes. Laura run global luxury retreats, is a contributing writer to SheerLuxe and Om Yoga Magazine, and works with clients such as Chiltern Firehouse, Mortimer House, Bvlgari Hotels and Annabel’s London.
