We will Flow to Strength is this Open Level Vinyasa flow, focusing on your lower body. Working to strengthen, tone and stretch your legs and glutes, whilst developing hip mobility. Tune in to your mental strength as well as build physical strength. Leave feeling strengthened, open and grounded in the body and mind.
Moon’s innovative classes share her love of every aspect of the practice of yoga, bringing together a variety of traditional flows with elements of fitness practices, whilst providing space and gentle guidance for meditation to be a part of the class naturally. Moon will guide students through playful practices, encouraging more challenging sequences, a stronger mind body connection and greater body confidence.
Moon came to Yoga through her career as a Model, initially to stay in shape, but quickly discovered the practice gave her more than just Abs. Moon has 300-hours of training in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Children's and Prenatal Yoga.
