Our Full Body Fundamentals of Pilates series will lengthen, stabilise, tone, stretch and mobilise the full body, whilst also working on improving posture. Using classical Pilates moves we work into the full body to lengthen and strengthen, creating lean muscle. Mobilise and strengthen the spine, connect your core and back muscles to improve posture, mobilise and strengthen the hips and stabilise and tone the core and glutes. Modifications are used throughout to make the class more or less challenging as you need, making it suitable for beginners and also those looking for more of a challenge.
Equipment: Small Pilates Ball or small cushion and optional 'Magic Circle' Pilates Ring
Taylor is a STOTT Pilates trained instructor in both mat and reformer, with a background in Dance and Gymnastics. She uses classical moves with modifications, to target the core muscles that help with better posture and improve spinal mobility and strength. Her classes are challenging yet fun and aim to leave you feeling strengthened, lengthened, and lean.
