This is a short Fundamentals of Pilates class will focuses on mobilising and strengthening the hips and back, connecting your core and back to lengthen, strengthen, tone and improve posture. Working into the deep postural muscles in the back and core, this class is great for anyone who sits at a desk all day or has trouble with the lower back. Suitable for all levels.
Equipment: Small Pilates Ball or small cushion and optional 'Magic Circle' Pilates Ring
Taylor is a STOTT Pilates trained instructor in both mat and reformer, with a background in Dance and Gymnastics. She uses classical moves with modifications, to target the core muscles that help with better posture and improve spinal mobility and strength. Her classes are challenging yet fun and aim to leave you feeling strengthened, lengthened, and lean.
