A Vinyasa flow to invigorate and energise the entire body. This flow moves through lunges, twists, balances and backbends and brings you back to you with more meditative and reflective elements. Variations and options always given.
Antonia trained in Ashtanga Yoga in Mysore India and her classes focus on either dynamic and strong Vinyasa led sequences or soothing, calming Release work. Expect movement to create strength, flexibility, mobility and a calm mind. Antonia is dedicated to inspiring others to increase their physical, mental and spiritual well-being through the practice of yoga.
