Part of our Yamas and Niyamas Vinyasa Series. A flowing Vinyasa sequence, working with strength and flexibility enhancing postures. We open the heart space to keep our hearts open to to surrender and work with pulsing movements in and out of the body throughout to remind ourselves that a shift out of perspective is possible to us. We finish with a mantra led meditation and savasana.

The Yamas and Niyamas, are a traditional yogic set of guidelines and practices for ‘right living’. Isvara Prandihana is Sandskrit for surrendering to a higher source. This higher source could be about a higher consciousness or a being with a name, it can be about whatever you believe in. The most important element of this is our perspective is shifted away from the self/ our egos and brings us back to the true self and alignment with the source. Simply believing that the universe is looking after you, allows us to let go and frees us from stress and anxiety.
Laura is the Founder of The Yoga Class and an experienced Yoga and Meditation teacher. Her aim is to empower her clients to unfold this transformative practice for body and mind. Expect innovative, playful yet supportive classes focusing on developing strength, mobility, flexibility and form with a strong focus on calming the mind though the breath. Laura’s classes combine hours of training, learning and teaching to create a sustainable, nourishing and enjoyable method for classes.
