To manifest something in our life, we must balance setting our intentions, aligning ourselves with these intentions, and feel steadiness and ease in the body and mind to feel a flow state. This is when we see growth. Throughout this fluid, flowing all-levels Vinyasa class, we find this flow state, open up the body to receive, as well as gently strengthening the full body. This class starts and ends with a meditation to help manifest what you would like to see in your life.
Laura is the Founder of The Yoga Class and an experienced Yoga and Meditation teacher. Her aim is to empower her clients to unfold this transformative practice for body and mind. Expect innovative, playful yet supportive classes focusing on developing strength, mobility, flexibility and form with a strong focus on calming the mind though the breath. Laura’s classes combine hours of training, learning and teaching to create a sustainable, nourishing and enjoyable method for classes. Laura is a contributing writer to SheerLuxe and Om Yoga Magazine with clients such as Chiltern Firehouse, Mortimer House, Net a Porter and Annabel’s London.
