A full body strengthen and release class to reset the body and mind. Working with the breath and a mantra to help us release what isn't serving us throughout. We begin with sun salutations, then work into a strength building flow for the core, shoulders and glutes utilising planks, arm balances and balances. Variations and modifications are always given. We finish by finding release through full body stretches and a calming savasana.
Laura is the Founder of The Yoga Class and an experienced Yoga and Meditation teacher. Her aim is to empower her clients to unfold this transformative practice for body and mind. Expect innovative, playful yet supportive classes focusing on developing strength, mobility, flexibility and form with a strong focus on calming the mind though the breath. Laura’s classes combine hours of training, learning and teaching to create a sustainable, nourishing and enjoyable method for classes.
