A signature full body Pilates flow, to sculpt, tone and lengthen. This session will leave you feeling strengthened, lengthened, energised and connected from head to toe, whilst working with the pilates principles.
Equipment: Optional small Pilates ball or/ small cushion + Optional 1kg small hand weights/ Bala bands
Our Guest teacher, Zoe-Maia's, Pilates classes combine thousands of hours of teaching, training and education to create a method with a focus upon sculpting, strengthening, toning and lengthening the body from head to toe and inside and out.
