A strong, dynamic and stretchy classic Vinyasa session working towards a peak pose of Hanumanasana. Lengthen and release through the hamstrings as well as strengthening and lengthening through the full body. This class finishes with a peak pose tutorial of Hanumanasana, the full spilts. Options and modifications are given throughout. Finish feeling spacious and strong.
Laura is the Founder of The Yoga Class and an experienced Yoga and Meditation teacher. Her aim is to empower her clients to unfold this transformative practice for body and mind. Expect innovative, playful yet supportive classes focusing on developing strength, mobility, flexibility and form with a strong focus on calming the mind though the breath.
