This is a calming, gentle and slower paced Pilates class, working to lengthen, stretch, mobilise and release, with an emphasis on our breath to promote relaxation in mind and body throughout. Leave feeling calm and relaxed. No props are needed for this class.
Our Guest teacher, Zoe-Maia's, Pilates classes combine thousands of hours of teaching, training and education to create a method with a focus upon sculpting, strengthening, toning and lengthening the body from head to toe and inside and out. A method that is sustainable, transformational and most of all, enjoyable.
