A steady stretchy vinyasa with lots of instruction, working the spine in all directions; extension, flexion, lateral flexion and twists. To find true release through the upper, mid and lower back, this class works with active and passive stretches and postures and for sustaining this release, also works with strengthening the back and core. There is option for a full wheel and a headstand.
Laura is the Founder of The Yoga Class and an experienced Yoga and Meditation teacher. Her aim is to empower her clients to unfold this transformative practice for body and mind. Expect innovative, playful yet supportive classes focusing on developing strength, mobility, flexibility and form with a strong focus on calming the mind though the breath. Laura’s classes combine hours of training, learning and teaching to create a sustainable, nourishing and enjoyable method for classes. This is a calming, gentle and slower paced Pilates class, working to lengthen, stretch, mobilise and release, with an emphasis on our breath to promote relaxation in mind and body throughout. Leave feeling calm and relaxed. No props are needed for this class.
