Be guided through a calming, breath-led, slow flow, 20 minute Vinyasa, working towards longer held restorative postures to really calm, connect and still body and mind for the last 10 minutes of the class. This class works into Anahata chakra and the element of Air, by opening through the upper back and shoulders. The session is balanced with a full body flow and some hip and hamstring opening.

Laura is the Founder of The Yoga Class and an experienced Yoga and Meditation teacher. Her aim is to empower her clients to unfold this transformative practice for body and mind.
