A powerful and uplifting practice, set to music, to naturally boost serotonin and endorphin levels and as a result boost our mood, our energy, confidence and increase our overall feeling of wellbeing. This session will dynamically strengthen and tone the full leg as well as raising our heart rate. Please feel free to modify by not using the pilates ball and dropping the heel to the mat.

Bethany is a seriously experienced teacher, coming from a dance background, movement has always been a huge part of her life. Since her dance training, she has gained her qualifications in Barre, Pilates, Yoga, functional range conditioning and her level 2 and 3 Personal Trainer course. Combining all of these elements, her classes provide movement that’s considered and all encompassing. Movement that aligns with you and your body rather than working against it to create strength, tone and mobility.
