Dynamic and fast flowing Power Vinyasa sequence, working with strength building pulses and core activation throughout. Expect lots of chaturangas, core activating twists alongside heart and hip openers to balance out a strong practice. Strong focus on the breath, making our practice a moving meditation and finishing with a savasana.
Laura is the Founder of The Yoga Class and an experienced Yoga and Meditation teacher. Her aim is to empower her clients to unfold this transformative practice for body and mind. Expect innovative, playful yet supportive classes focusing on developing strength, mobility, flexibility and form with a strong focus on calming the mind though the breath. Laura’s classes combine hours of training, learning and teaching to create a sustainable, nourishing and enjoyable method for classes.
