Movement to strengthen, lengthen, tone and sculpt the full body. Expect a high intensity, low impact and dynamic conditioning workout creating lean muscle. This class is a full body class taking the strength found in the Full Body 1and adding balance work into the mix. Test your stabilised muscles, get that burn and move your body through its full range of motion. Improving strength, balance, posture and sculpting the full body. Balance out all the strength work with some releasing stretches to find space at the end of the session.
Bethany is a seriously experienced teacher, coming from a dance background, movement has always been a huge part of her life. Since her dance training, she has gained her qualifications in Barre, Pilates, Yoga, functional range conditioning and her level 2 and 3 Personal Trainer course.
Combining all of these elements, her classes provide movement that’s considered and all encompassing. Movement that aligns with you and your body rather than working against it to create strength, tone and mobility.
