Movement to strengthen, lengthen, tone and sculpt the full body. Expect a high intensity, low impact and dynamic conditioning workout creating lean muscle. This class is a lower body focused class and is focusing on building strength, stability and tone with a cardiovascular element. Focus is on the Thighs and Glutes and expect to balance out all the strength work with some releasing stretches to find space at the end of the session.

Bethany is a seriously experienced teacher, coming from a dance background, movement has always been a huge part of her life. Since her dance training, she has gained her qualifications in Barre, Pilates, Yoga, functional range conditioning and her level 2 and 3 Personal Trainer course.
Combining all of these elements, her classes provide movement that’s considered and all encompassing. Movement that aligns with you and your body rather than working against it to create strength, tone and mobility.
