A quick 20 minute flow to energise and strengthen. This class uses big energising breaths and swiping upwards movements, while working through planks, side planks and backbends, designed to strengthen, lengthen and energise the full body and mind.
Laura is the Founder of The Yoga Class and an experienced Yoga and Meditation teacher. Her aim is to empower her clients to unfold this transformative practice for body and mind. Expect innovative, playful yet supportive classes focusing on developing strength, mobility, flexibility and form with a strong focus on calming the mind though the breath. Laura’s classes combine hours of training, learning and teaching to create a sustainable, nourishing and enjoyable method for classes.
