The core encompasses more than just our Abs- think upper chest, upper thoracic, back body, side body, obliques and pelvic floor! Through is strong Power Vinyasa flow, we will connect to to the full core area, moving dynamically towards strength and stability. You are invited to explore, full body awareness and tap in how we can connect to the core in some unlikely postures.
Laura is the Founder of The Yoga Class and an experienced Yoga and Meditation teacher. Her aim is to empower her clients to unfold this transformative practice for body and mind. Expect innovative, playful yet supportive classes focusing on developing strength, mobility, flexibility and form with a strong focus on calming the mind though the breath. Laura’s classes combine hours of training, learning and teaching to create a sustainable, nourishing and enjoyable method for classes. Laura run global luxury retreats, is a contributing writer to SheerLuxe and Om Yoga Magazine, and works with clients such as the Mandarin Oriental, Six Senses and Amex.
