Working through a flowing Vinyasa, we strengthen the entire body through a strong and fluid sequence combined with conditioning moves. Glutes, core and shoulders are worked through this effective sequence moving with the breath. Strength is balanced out with flexibility at points and we soften into our final stretches and Savasana.
Laura is the Founder of The Yoga Class and an experienced Yoga and Meditation teacher. Her aim is to empower her clients to unfold this transformative practice for body and mind. Expect innovative, playful yet supportive classes focusing on developing strength, mobility, flexibility and form with a strong focus on calming the mind though the breath. Laura’s classes combine hours of training, learning and teaching to create a sustainable, nourishing and enjoyable method for classes. Laura is a contributing writer to SheerLuxe and Om Yoga Magazine with clients such as Chiltern Firehouse, Mortimer House, Net a Porter and Annabel’s London.
