In this short Power flow, we get moving and get motivated; a full body fast flow to get the blood pumping and the mind energised. A creative and playful sequence, including crow and headstand variations, we will stretch and twist out any negativity and feel inspired after this uplifting session.
Moon’s innovative classes share her love of every aspect of the practice of yoga, bringing together a variety of traditional flows with elements of fitness practices, whilst providing space and gentle guidance for meditation to be a part of the class naturally. Moon will guide students through playful practices, encouraging more challenging sequences, a stronger mind body connection and greater body confidence.
Moon came to Yoga through her career as a Model, initially to stay in shape, but quickly discovered the practice gave her more than just Abs. Moon has 300-hours of training in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Children's and Prenatal Yoga.
