KNEELING GLUTES | BARRE
LEVEL 2 • 27m
A twist on a Barre session, as this class is done kneeling. Expect a dynamic and effective conditioning work-out session, targeting mostly the lower body and Glutes. Bethany will guide you through a main section of single leg work using the chair, the 'barre', to create strength and lean muscle. This session will also gently mobilise so you can finish feeling strong, energised and mobile.

Bethany is a seriously experienced teacher, coming from a dance background, movement has always been a huge part of her life. Since her dance training, she has gained her qualifications in Barre, Pilates, Yoga, functional range conditioning and her level 2 and 3 Personal Trainer course. Combining all of these elements, her classes provide movement that’s considered and all encompassing. Movement that aligns with you and your body rather than working against it to create strength, tone and mobility.
