Our mini Legs session for when you only have 10 minutes. This session will target the Legs as well as the Glute area. Perfect to stack onto another session or with another mini session to create a tailored workout. Expect to work through high intensity, low impact and dynamic conditioning movements to create lean muscle.
Bethany is a seriously experienced teacher, coming from a dance background, movement has always been a huge part of her life. Since her dance training, she has gained her qualifications in Barre, Pilates, Yoga, functional range conditioning and her level 2 and 3 Personal Trainer course. Combining all of these elements, her classes provide movement that’s considered and all encompassing. Movement that aligns with you and your body rather than working against it to create strength, tone and mobility.
