A playful, strong and steady Power Vinyasa flow sequence, strengthening the core, shoulders and glutes and opening the shoulders. Building the strength and technique needed for Eka Pada Koundiyasana, your Flying splits. This class is designed to push you out of your comfort zone and play with finding balances. This class is balanced out with softening twists and more meditative areas for self reflection. Option and variations are always given.
Antonia trained in Ashtanga Yoga in Mysore India and her classes focus on either dynamic and strong Vinyasa led sequences or soothing, calming Release work. Expect movement to create strength, flexibility, mobility and a calm mind. Antonia is dedicated to inspiring others to increase their physical, mental and spiritual well-being through the practice of yoga.
