A Vinyasa sequence opening up the body and working towards our King Pigeon pose. Use this as a standalone class or to come back to it time and again, working towards the final pose. Starting with gentle shoulder and heart openers and progressing through to deeper backbends and hip openers, we finish with a King Pigeon pose tutorial and savasana. Lots of variations and modifications offered.
Equipment: 1 Yoga Block and a Yoga Strap
Laura is the Founder of The Yoga Class and an experienced Yoga and Meditation teacher. Her aim is to empower her clients to unfold this transformative practice for body and mind. Expect innovative, playful yet supportive classes focusing on developing strength, mobility, flexibility and form with a strong focus on calming the mind though the breath. Laura’s classes combine hours of training, learning and teaching to create a sustainable, nourishing and enjoyable method for classes.
