A restorative class to leave you feeling peaceful, calm and open in the body and mind. This moving meditation uses yoga postures that will gently open through the full body, especially the hips and back, whilst you focus on the breath to clear and still the mind. We come to a meditation for the last 10 minutes of this class with an option to work with a Mantra to help let go of daily stresses.
