Using Yin postures, postures held for longer, to gently open up the body’s fascia and anchor the mind in the breath and body throughout this slow moving meditation. Long held poses allow us to soften in and just be in the moment. A profound and soothing practice, working with the Liver and Gallbladder meridian lines opening the heart, hips and hamstrings and tapping into the activating the parasympathetic nervous system to leave you feeling super calm and relaxed.
Equipment: Bolster or Cushions, 2 Yoga Blocks and a Blanket
