Our final session discusses how Mindfulness doesn't just benefit ourselves, but others and the world around us. Acceptance, kindness, being with our experiences, self compassion and becoming aware of our thoughts and habits, can all help us to move through life with a little more ease and calm. However, this also affects our connection with others and has a positive impact on the world. The final practice is a loving-kindness meditation to embody this.

"Don't push yourself too hard in class. Always listen to your body and what it needs. Stop if you are in pain. Make sure you have a safe open place to practice and that you consult a health professional for advice on injuries, conditions or illness."
