Our guest teacher, Zoe's, 'Restore and Recharge' Full Body 45 minute Pilates Class. Work gently into the arms, core, glutes and inner thighs, working with the breath to fully restore the body and mind.
Equipment: small Pilates ball /or a cushion and optional wrist weights
Our Guest teacher, Zoe-Maia's, Pilates classes combine thousands of hours of teaching, training and education to create a method with a focus upon sculpting, strengthening, toning and lengthening the body from head to toe and inside and out. A method that is sustainable, transformational and most of all, enjoyable.

A 30 min full body Pilates class that focuses on plank variations and progressions to strengthen and mobilise the full body from top to toe. Expect to work into the strength of the glutes, the front and back of the core and the shoulders, whilst mobilising the spine.
