The Activating classes build on the Essential classes by continuing the reconnection and restoration of the body. Expect to develop and progress deep abdominal activation, stability and strength even further, as well as bringing slightly more energy and pace to the class in terms of pace and leg and glute exercises to get the blood circulating and the muscles working. Focus is still brought to strengthening and repairing the pelvic floor as well as working into strengthening and mobilising the full body to leave you feeling strengthened, open and energised in the body and mind.
We recommend completing the Essential classes before progressing onto the Activating sessions by following our specially designed programmes for each stage of recovery, which can be found on our website and on your welcome newsletter.
