POST-NATAL | YOGA + PILATES

Our dedicated Post-Natal classes include Yoga Flows, Pilates sessions, Restorative and Breath-works designed specifically to safely support you to rebuild and reconnect with your body Post-partum.

Classes will safely strengthen, tone and mobilise through the important muscle groups, energise and nourise the body and mind, aid relaxation and help rebuild pelvic stability, abdominal connection and strength.

We recommend you follow our specially designed programmes for each stage of recovery, which can be found on our website and on your welcome newsletter.
