The second version of this strong core and glutes focus flow, with a detailed alignment focus. Starting with a mindful moment to drop into your yoga space, this session will go on to build your strength and stamina, working with longer holds to work into deep strength and stability. Finish with some stretches and a calming savasana.
Antonia trained in Ashtanga Yoga in Mysore India and her classes focus on either dynamic and strong Vinyasa led sequences or soothing, calming Release work. Expect movement to create strength, flexibility, mobility and a calm mind. Antonia is dedicated to inspiring others to increase their physical, mental and spiritual well-being through the practice of yoga.
