A strong fast paced Power Vinyasa class to get the full body moving and working, honing in on strengthening the Glutes and finding twists throughout. This class follows a traditional Vinyasa sequence, then breaking down into longer holds and strength building poses. Balanced out with more calming stretches and twists at points. Option for inversions. Variations always given.
Laura is the Founder of The Yoga Class and an experienced Yoga and Meditation teacher. Her aim is to empower her clients to unfold this transformative practice for body and mind. Expect innovative, playful yet supportive classes focusing on developing strength, mobility, flexibility and form with a strong focus on calming the mind though the breath. Laura’s classes combine hours of training, learning and teaching to create a sustainable, nourishing and enjoyable method for classes. Laura is a contributing writer to SheerLuxe and Om Yoga Magazine with clients such as Chiltern Firehouse, Mortimer House, Net a Porter and Annabel’s London.
