A full body Power flow, moving through standing, seated and finishing postures, to invigorate body and mind. This class works through planks and core work to strengthen and stabilise, and backbends to energise for the day. There is the chance for arm balances, always as options.
Laura is the Founder of The Yoga Class and an experienced Yoga and Meditation teacher. Her aim is to empower her clients to unfold this transformative practice for body and mind. Expect innovative, playful yet supportive classes focusing on developing strength, mobility, flexibility and form with a strong focus on calming the mind though the breath. Laura’s classes combine hours of training, learning and teaching to create a sustainable, nourishing and enjoyable method for classes. Laura runs global luxury retreats, is a contributing writer to SheerLuxe and Om Yoga Magazine, and works with clients such as Chiltern Firehouse, Mortimer House, Bvlgari Hotels and Annabel’s London.
