PRE-NATAL | YOGA + PILATES

Our dedicated Pre-Natal classes include Yoga Flow, Pilates sessions, Restorative Yoga, Meditations and Breath-work designed specifically to safely guide you through from conception to birth.

Classes will strengthen, tone and mobilise through the important muscle groups to support your rapidly changing body, help prepare you for birth, keep you feeling energised and relaxed, build pelvic stability, aid post partum recovery and help alleviate a host of Pregnancy discomforts.

We recommend you follow our specially designed programmes for each Trimester, which can be found on our website and on your welcome newsletter.
