A restorative breath-led, stretch session to release through the full spine; the shoulders, upper back, and hips to help find release for the lower part of the back. We utilise mostly passive stretches with some active poses to find true release.
Equipment: 2 yoga blocks and a yoga strap
Laura is the Founder of The Yoga Class and an experienced Yoga and Meditation teacher. Her aim is to empower her clients to unfold this transformative practice for body and mind. Expect innovative, playful yet supportive classes focusing on developing strength, mobility, flexibility and form with a strong focus on calming the mind though the breath. Laura’s classes combine hours of training, learning and teaching to create a sustainable, nourishing and enjoyable method for classes. Laura run global luxury retreats, is a contributing writer to SheerLuxe and Om Yoga Magazine, and works with clients such as Chiltern Firehouse, Mortimer House, Bvlgari Hotels and Annabel’s London.
